The IPL team ‘Chennai Super Kings’ has a huge fan following not only in India but also all over the world. One of those countries which follow CSK and its players is the United States of America (USA).
A video of a flash mob in San Francisco is going viral on the social media. A bunch of guys did a flash mob for the CSK ‘Whistlepodu’ anthem which has been posted by a movie-geek, Sridevi Sreedar on her Twitter account.
While making a comeback in the IPL this year after two years of suspension, MS Dhoni and Co. displayed outstanding performance. Though CSK’s home matches were shifted from Chennai to Pune, their loyal fans always cheered for their team irrespective of the venue.
After their incredible journey in the league stage, CSK thumped Sunrisers Hyderabad in a thriller to make it to 7th final appearance. They became the only team to not lose against SRH in the 11th IPL season.
In the finals, it was once again a CSK vs SRH clash. Kane Williamson and Co. batted sensibly to post a competitive total on the board. But CSK opener Shane Watson had other plans. He just thwacked SRH bowlers to all corners of the park with his brutal hitting. His incredible century led CSK to lift the IPL trophy for the 3rd time.
