KL Rahul played a sensational hand and almost single-handedly guided Kings XI Punjab to victory over Mumbai Indians only to be dismissed in the 19th over by Jasprit Bumrah which completely changed the game.
Rahul was dejected after his dismissal and even though he got the orange cap for his efforts, the sadness of the loss could be seen in his body language. However, after the game, Hardik Pandya showed great sportsmen spirit as he consoled Rahul and also exchanged jersey with the Kings XI Punjab opener.
Hardik and Rahul share a deep bond of friendship and have always been spotted hanging around together during their assignments for the Indian cricket team. While IPL franchises would have separated them but the jersey-swap move gave IPL a beautiful moment it had never seen before.
