Yuzvendra Chahal is not just a wily customer with the cherry in his hand but can be lethal with his witty one-liners on social media as well. However, unlike on the pitch where it’s the opposition who face the brunt of it, it was his Team India teammate Rohit Sharma who was at the receiving end once again.
On Monday, Yuzi found a very good opportunity to troll the Mumbai Indians skipper over an Instagram post. Rohit took to the photo sharing website, Instagram, to express his love for wife Ritika Sajdeh.
The Mumbaikar has been very vocal about his feelings and emotions for his wife. And yet again, the post that he shared only spoke volumes about the love that the couple have.
In the post, Rohit had a romantic caption to express his feeling for Ritika. He added a picture in which Ritika and Rohit are seen gazing at one another, albeit wearing glasses.
“I can see my today, tomorrow and future in those eyes,” Rohit captioned the picture on his Instagram.
The fans started showering in comments for the couple and were overawed by the love that was overflowing in the picture. However, Yuzvendra Chahal had some other plans. The leggie found a catch in the post and ended up trolling Rohit over the post.
Rohit had talked about the eyes in the post that he had shared, and a very cheeky Chahal pointed out that the eyes cannot be seen in this particular picture. He noted that only the glasses can be seen. Chahal also tagged Rohit and Ritika in his comment on the post.
