Cheteshwar Pujara would consider himself extremely unlucky as he returned to the dressing room run out once again in the ongoing second Test between England and India at Lord’s cricket ground on Thursday.
Pujara was run out after a horrible mix up with Virat Kohli, who was at the non-striker’s end. The India captain had committed at the non-strikers end and was almost half-way down the pitch before he bailed out, leaving Pujara well short of the crease.
Cricket fans on Twitter were livid with Kohli as they clearly blamed him for Pujara’s run-out.
Here’s how Twitterati reacted to the run-out:
You really really don't want to be Pujara just now……

Virat Kohli is involved in 5 run outs in Tests. He himself has been out only once, his partner was out on 4 occasions. #EngvInd

True leadership beckons saying ‘sorry’ when the occasion demands..@imVkohli can go up manifold in the eyes of his teammates if he hugs @cheteshwar1 & apologises simultaneously..there’s no shame really acknowledging a cock up..!!

Pujara finally got selected for this match but Kohli got him run out. Rains came in just in time so we couldn't see Pujara's tears. #ENGvIND

Disgusting Indian Captain. Kohli has run out pujara just to prove his point for not taking Pujara in first test. #ENGvIND
