Ravi Shastri Calls Reports Of Link-Up With Bollywood Actress Nimrat Kaur “Cow Dung”

After Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, another Cricket-Bollywood romantic liaison is in the news. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Airlift actor fame Nimrat Kaur is reportedly dating Team India’s head coach, Ravi Shastri. We didn’t see this coming!

The compact newspaper recently published a report claiming that Ravi Shastri, who is separated from his wife Ritu for a decade now, is allegedly dating Nimrat Kaur, who is 20 years younger to him. It was also reported that the two continued with their dating discreetly for two years now.

However, Ravi, who is with the Indian team in England, has now responded to the reports. He has called the rumours ‘cow dung’.

Shastri came out with a strong reaction to the news when he told Mid-Day, “Nothing to say when it is the biggest load of cow dung”. When pressed further, he said, “Cow dung says it all.” He reiterated, “When I say cow dung, you must understand,” when asked when was the last time he met Kaur.

Nimrat, too, denied the reports indirectly in a tweet, “Fact: I may need a root canal. Fiction: Everything else I read about me today. More facts: Fiction can be more hurtful, monday blues exist and I love ice cream. Here’s to trash free happy days ahead”.
