MS Dhoni is well known for his lightning fast reflexes behind the stumps and on Friday, the former Indian skipper once again provided the crucial breakthrough to his side during the Asia Cup 2018 final against Bangladesh.
Bangladesh opener Liton Das, who slammed his maiden century, was beaten by a googly from Kuldeep Yadav and Dhoni pulled off his trademark stumping to get rid of the 23-year-old. It was a big wicket for India as Liton was batting brilliantly and his dismissal was one of the main reasons why Bangladesh were not able to post a 250-plus total.
Dhoni took just 1/6th of a second to whip the bails off and send back Das packing for 121.
Meanwhile, Twitterati was in awe of MS Dhoni for his brilliant wicketkeeping as he also became the first wicketkeeper to affect 10 stumpings in the Asia Cup history.
