APL 2018: Erin Holland requests Rashid Khan to look after her boyfriend Ben Cutting, gets a cute reply

Afghanistan Premier League (APL) is set to start from Friday (October 5). The inaugural edition of the T20 tournament will be played in the United Arab Emirates.

Many foreign internationals like Chris Gayle, Shahid Afridi, Colin Munro, Brendon McCullum, Shoaib Malik, Andre Russell and others will be in action for their respective franchises.

This tournament is expected to change and broaden the horizons of Afghan cricket, which has prospered quite brilliantly in the last five years.

One of the biggest stars among Afghan players in the tournament will be Rashid Khan.

Rashid, who will be representing the Kabul franchise, recently got a request from anchor-presenter Erin Holland.

Erin, who is the girlfriend of the Australian all-rounder Ben Cutting, requested him to take care of her boyfriend during the T20 tournament.

Cutting will be playing for the Nangarhar Leopards franchise. He has also been a part of the Mumbai Indians outfit in IPL 2018.

“So happy for you Rashid! Look after (Ben) Cutting for me (maybe don’t bowl him out too much please) in the APL 2018,” Holland wrote on Twitter.

Rashid had a witty reply ready for Erin and promised that he would take care of Cutting but on one condition that the Aussie will not sweep him.
