In the second ODI of the five-match series between India and West Indies played at Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam, Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav bowled an absolute beauty to dismiss the visitors’ right-handed batsman Marlon Samuels.
On the last ball of 12th over in second innings, Kuldeep bowled a googly which ended up Samuels getting clean bowled. Kuldeep’s delivery sneaked through Samuels’ defence and went on to hit the top of the bails.
The umpire wasn’t sure off Samuels’ dismissal and had to go upstairs as wicketkeeper MS Dhoni’s gloves were very close to the stumps. After few replays, third umpire gave it as out.
