WATCH: Rohit Sharma takes a sharp catch at first slip to dismiss Kieron Powell

Rohit Sharma took a sharp catch at the first slip on Saturday on the bowling of fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, sending back the Windies opener Kieron Powell to the pavilion for 21 off 25 balls in the third ODI played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

The first ball of the 9th over was flying after Powell edged a ball leaving him. Wicketkeeper MS Dhoni made up his mind that it was Rohit’s catch and he, therefore, did not leap for it. Rohit went for the catch and completed it safely.
