Indian captain Virat Kohli, on Monday, showed why he is one of the best fielders in world cricket as he effected a brilliant run-out against the Windies to send back Kieran Powell packing on 4.
The incident happened in the sixth over of second innings when Marlon Samuels played a shot towards off-side and called Powell for a run only to turn him back after watching Kohli running towards the ball.
The Windies opener at the non-striker’s end was way down his crease and Kohli took no time to collect the ball and hit the stumps with an under-arm flick, thus catching Powell short of his crease.
Here is the video of Virat Kohli’s brilliance:
They we're talking about Fakhar Zaman's Run out other day. I would say "Rakho usse side m, aur enjoy karo best run-out ko"😉
