Marcus Harris hit on the helmet by Jasprit Bumrah during third day of Perth Test

Australian opener Marcus Harris was hit flush on the helmet by a vicious bouncer from Jasprit Bumrah on the third day of the second Test in Perth.

Harris was batting on four early in Australia’s second innings when the incident took place.

Indian speedster Bumrah dug in a short ball and Harris got himself in an awkward position while attempting to move out of the way.

The ball cannoned into the side of Harris’ helmet, with the left-hander losing his balance as Team India players and umpires showed concern for the 26-year-old.
