Urvashi Rautela upset over Hardik Pandya’s comment on Koffee With Karan

While Karan Johar’s talk show, Koffee With Karan, often grabs attention for all the revelations celebrities make on it, the episode with Indian cricketers Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul went a little too far.

Hardik’s sexist statements about women created a storm, which resulted in him and Rahul being suspended by the BCCI for the ODI series in Australia and New Zealand tour.

To add to their disappointment, Diana Edulji, a part of the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) and former Indian women’s cricketer, hinted that the duo could miss out on playing the World Cup, starting May.

In the meantime, it has been reported that Bollywood actress and former Miss Diva, Urvashi Rautela, is taken back by what Pandya commented about her in the show.

During the episode which aired last Sunday on television and online streaming platform Hotstar, Karan asked the all-rounder who would he kill, marry and hook up with to which Pandya replied that he would kill Urvashi, hook up with Esha Gupta and marry Parineeti Chopra.

The comments haven’t gone down well with the 24-year-old actress by any stretch of the imagination as Pandya had earlier claimed to be more than just her buddy as per reports in Mid Day. She must be wondering why the Baroda cricketer passed such a harsh comment on her.

The duo has often been spotted at different parties and events together and has grabbed quite a few eyeballs.

As far as Pandya’s suspension is concerned, the BCCI earlier sent him a show-cause notice asking him to reply within 24 hours. Now, he has been given a one week time in order to explain why a further probe into the matter shouldn’t be done.
