Team India created history at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on Monday when they became the Asian first team to win a Test series in Australia.
The Indian skipper Virat Kohli has also termed the 2-1 Test series win in Australia as the biggest achievement of his storied career.
After the victory, Indian players engaged in a hilarious dance celebration in front of the SCG crowd and when asked about it after the match, Kohli dubbed it the “Pujara dance” and revealed that Rishabh Pant came up with it as a joke on the way India’s number three walks.
“That was the Pujara dance because when he walks he doesn’t move his hands, so it’s more of an extension of his walk. Rishabh came up with it and we just joined in.”
“It just felt good, it was very easy but Pujara couldn’t even do that! You can see how simple he is,” Kohli added.
