Nupur Nagar names her favourite cricketer apart from her husband Bhuvneshwar Kumar

Bhuvneshwar Kumar got hitched to his childhood friend Nupur Nagar in November 2017 and has been living happily with her ever since. The couple looks adorable together and Nupur is always seen accompanying her husband on overseas tours.

She is currently in New Zealand as Men in Blue are competing against the Blackcaps and Nupur revealed the name of her favourite cricketer apart from Bhuvneshwar.

She recently decided to have interact with her followers on Instagram by using the new ‘Ask Me Anything’ feature. She answered a number of questions during that period, but one question which grabbed all the attention was about the cricketer Nupur likes or admires except her husband Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

Nupur was quick to answer “MS Dhoni” which comes as a no surprise as the wicket-keeper batsman has won all the ICC trophies for India during his captaincy.

Also, Bhuvi made his international debut under Dhoni’s leadership and has improved as a bowler ever since then.

MS Dhoni moves up in ICC ODI Rankings:

In the six ODIs which the former Indian skipper has played this year, he has scored 242 runs at an average of 121 and a strike rate of 79.86. Scoring three half-centuries in five innings is commendable for a batsman who was coming on the back of a worst year (in terms of number of runs scored) in the same format.

Dhoni’s return to form has also seen him climb up the ladder in the batsmen’s list of the ICC ODI Rankings. Currently at No. 17, the 37-year old Ranch-born cricketer would be looking to further climb up the ladder for his form will remain vital for India during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.
