Cheteshwar Pujara slammed his first T20 century during Saurashtra’s Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy opener against Railways at the Holkar Stadium in Indore on Thursday.
With his unbeaten knock, Pujara became the fourth Indian to score a triple century in first-class cricket, a 150+ score in List A cricket, and a century in T20 cricket. He has joined an elite list containing the likes of Rohit Sharma, Virender Sehwag, and Mayank Agarwal.
Pujara has also become the first batsman to score a T20 century for Saurashtra, reaching the 100-run mark off just 61 balls with the 14 boundaries and a six.
