England’s wicketkeeper-batsman Jos Buttler trolled the Windies fast bowler Sheldon Cottrell with a salute on the way to a record-breaking innings in the 4th ODI played at National Cricket Stadium in Grenada on Wednesday.
Buttler registered up his highest ODI score of 150 off just 77 deliveries with the help of 12 sixes and 13 fours. He along with captain Eoin Morgan (103) shared a brutal partnership of 204 from 124 deliveries which took England to their third-highest ODI total – 418/6.
However, the most entertaining moment of the match came when Buttler sent a ball from Cottrell over the boundary rope and responded with the bowler’s trademark salute.
