IPL Stats: Top 5 batsman with most sixes in the Indian Premier League

On Tuesday, BCCI released the full schedule for the 2019 IPL league matches. The tournament is set to begin on Saturday  (March 23), with Chennai Super Kings taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore in the first game.

Before we head into the tournament, it’s time for some stats.

Here are the top 5 batsmen with Most Sixes in IPL (2008 – 2018):

5. Rohit Sharma: 184 Sixes

The Hitman of Indian cricket, Rohit Sharma is well known from his hitting abilities. He is the only batsman to have scored 3 double hundreds in ODIs. The Mumbai Indians skipper has been one of the most successful captains in the tournament, winning 3 IPL tournament (in 2013, 2015 and 2017).
