Newlywed Siddharth Kaul hosts Virat Kohli & Co. at his residence for dinner

When Virat Kohli & Co. was in Ranchi, it was former India skipper MS Dhoni who hosted them at his residence. Now that the Indian team is in Punjab, local hero and the newlywed Siddharth Kaul took the opportunity to repeat what Dhoni did in Ranchi.

Ahead of the 4th ODI, Kaul hosted the entire team at his residence for a dinner. The 28-year-old seamer is not a part of the 15-man squad for the remaining two ODIs against Australia but he took to his Instagram account to thank the Indian team for turning up to his residence in Chandigarh.

“Had the pleasure to host @indiancricketteam today at my residence for dinner. Thank you guys for making it a special evening for us and blessing us,” Kaul wrote in his post.

Meanwhile, India would look to seal the five-match ODI series in Mohali with a win. The Men in Blue currently lead the ongoing series 2-1. The hosts won the first two ODIs and then Australia came back to stay afloat by winning the third game by 32 runs.
