Wicketkeeper-batsman MS Dhoni hit a quick-fire 113 as India posted a mammoth 359 at a loss of 7 wickets in their second warm-up match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 against Bangladesh in Cardiff on Tuesday.
The Indian top-order failed against New Zealand on Saturday before the openers Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma fell cheaply again 3 days later.
Dhoni was on fire against Bangladesh and completed his century with a six off Abu Jayed off the first ball of the 49th over.
Virat Kohli can’t control his excitement
MS Dhoni’s biggest admirer is Virat Kohli and it goes without saying that he was ecstatic upon watching the former captain bat. Dhoni smashing a six to reach his ton was really special and even the Indian skipper couldn’t control his excitement while standing in the balcony.
