Indian team skipper Virat Kohli made the most of some time off from cricket as he whisked his wife Anushka Sharma away to Goa for a short break.
The couple were spotted by fans at Goa airport before their pictures of posing with the cabin crew and lunching out at a restaurant went viral.
Virushka seem to be have had a relaxed holiday in each other’s company and we surely agree that the couple deserves it after all the hard work that they do.
Kohli recently featured in the Indian Premier League (IPL), scoring 464 runs in 14 matches for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) even as his side finished at the bottom of the table.
He will now lead the Men in Blue at the ICC Cricket World Cup that is slated to be held in England and Wales from May 30.
The Indian team is scheduled to leave for the United Kingdom on May 22, with Anushka accompanying Virat on the 2019 World Cup campaign.
