ICC World Cup 2019 (India vs Pakistan): Vijay Shankar replaces Shikhar Dhawan; Bharat Army prepare a song for the all-rounder

Pakistan won the toss and opted to bowl first against India in the high-octane clash of the World Cup at the Old Trafford in Manchester on Sunday.

All-rounder Vijay Shankar replaced the injured Shikhar Dhawan in the Indian playing eleven while Imad Wasim and Shadab Khan, who missed the last game against Australia, were included in the Pakistan playing XI.

India:

Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli (captain), Vijay Shankar, MS Dhoni (wk), Kedar Jadhav, Hardik Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah.

Pakistan:

Imam-ul-Haq, Fakhar Zaman, Babar Azam, Mohammad Hafeez, Sarfaraz Ahmed (captain), Shoaib Malik, Imad Wasim, Shadab Khan, Wahab Riaz, Hasan Ali, Mohammad Amir.

Meanwhile, Bharat Army, who is there in England to cheer for the Men in Blue have prepared a song for Vijay Shankar. “Jay Jay Vijay Shankar, he’ll pull away the bouncer, he’s a batting all-rounder,” goes the lyrics of the song.
