Captain Virat Kohli was in a good mood on Sunday as India defeated Pakistan by 89 runs at the Old Trafford in Manchester, maintained their 100 per cent winning record against their arch-rivals in World Cup matches.

Kohli was caught mimicking someone during the rain break, getting a laugh out of Vijay Shankar claiming a wicket off his first delivery, and was seemed to be enjoying himself on the field.

Also, Bollywood stars celebrated India’s emphatic win over Pakistan and one of the popular models of industry posed with the Indian skipper in England.

Urvashi Rautela hugs Virat’s wax statue

The Indian talisman was recently honoured by the renowned wax statue makers Madame Tussauds in London. Kohli’s statue will be placed in the Lord’s ground till the end of the World Cup i.e. July 14.

The statue is sculptured in the way that Kohli is sporting India jersey alongside the sporting greats Usain Bolt, Sir Mo Farah, and Sachin Tendulkar.

On Sunday, Urvashi Rautela visited Madame Tussauds and showed her interest on already married Virat Kohli by wrapping up his statue in her arms.

The Bollywood diva, Urvashi wished luck to Kohli and MS Dhoni ahead of the World Cup.

During the World Cup match against Pakistan, Kohli achieved the world record of becoming the fastest to score 11,000 ODI runs. Kohli reached the milestone when he flicked Hasan Ali for a four down to fine leg to take his score to 60.

Kohli achieved the landmark in 222 innings, 54 innings fewer than the previous record holder, Sachin Tendulkar. The Indian skipper already has the distinction of being the fastest to 8000, 9000 and 10,000 ODI runs.
