Wicketkeeper-batsman MS Dhoni scored a quickfire 27 as India posted a massive 353-run target for Australia in the 14th match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 at The Oval on Sunday.
During his short stay at the crease, Dhoni showcased his hitting power by a smashing a huge six off the bowling of Mitchell Starc in the 49th over that left skipper Virat Kohli, batting at the other end, impressed.
Starc tried to cramp Dhoni for room by angling his 143 kph delivery into the pads. But MSD was up to the task and he used the angle to good effect, smashing Starc over deep square leg boundary for a maximum.

Kohli also came out all guns blazing to smash 82 off 77 balls and added a 81-run stand for the third wicket with Hardik Pandya (48 off 27 balls).
The left-handed Dhawan scored 117 off 109 balls and shared an opening stand of 127 with Rohit Sharma (57) that set the tone for the Indian innings.
