In ODIs, Rahane has amassed a total of 2962 runs in 90 matches at an average of 35.26. A technically sound batsman and a complete threat for pacers, Rahane should have been in the team by default.
6.) Krunal Pandya
Having done well for India ‘A’ and of course in the IPL for Mumbai Indians, Krunal Pandya made it to the T20 side for India. In 11 T20 matches, Krunal has scalped 11 wickets at an average of 33.09. His best bowling figures of 4/36 have come against a mighty team like Australia.
Despite his brother Hardik being rested, Krunal has not been picked in the ODI side, and it seems that he will have to wait some more.
