Team India star cricketer Hardik Pandya has not had it easy and has overcome obstacles to reach where he is now. Not long back, the 25-year-old allrounder shared a throwback picture where he gave a glimpse to his fans about his humble beginnings.
In the picture, he is standing in a truck travelling to the ground for match-practice. The post garnered attention as fans got emotional about it. Some hailed Hardik for his rise while some shared their own struggle experiences.
Pandya captioned the picture as, “#majorthrowback To those days when I would travel in a truck to play local matches which has taught me so much 🙏🏾 It’s been an amazing journey so far 🇮🇳 Hell yes I love this sport!”
Interestingly, Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela, who was rumoured to be in a relation with Hardik, replied on the cricketer’s post. Urvashi remembered how she travelled in trains for playing the game of basketball.
“Respect. Even I used to travel in trains for basketball,” she wrote.
Hardik and Urvashi’s link-up rumours
Last year, Hardik and Urvashi were seen partying together in Mumbai. Several media reports suggested that the cricketer was flirting with the actress. The party was reportedly organized by industrialist Gautam Singhania at his Breach Candy home in South Mumbai. Krunal Pandya, Hardik’s elder brother was also present at the party.
Thereafter, some YouTube channels started speculating about Urvashi’s relationship with Hardik. The constant talks didn’t go down well with Urvashi by any stretch of the imagination. She took to her Instagram story and shared a screenshot of one such video.
The former Miss Diva urged for such videos to stop as it was affecting her family to a large extent. “I would humbly request respective media channels on YouTube to stop uploading such ridiculous videos as I have a family to answer and it creates problems for me,” she then wrote.
