Rohit Sharma gestures Navdeep Saini to use his brain after being smacked for back to back boundaries

During the third T20I between India and South Africa on Sunday, Navdeep Saini learned the hard way that pace is not always the best option to go, especially in T20 cricket. He conceded 25 runs in his two wicketless overs as India lost the game by 9 wickets.

Batting first, Virat Kohli and Co. were reduced from 63 for 1 to 98 for 6 and managed only a paltry 134 for 9. As a result, South Africa skipper Quinton de Kock (79 not out) and Temba Bavuma (27 not out) led the charge with the willow and took their side to an easy win.

Meanwhile, in a video making rounds on social media, Rohit Sharma was seen frustrated with Saini, as the 26-year-old leaked 12 runs in the 12th over when South Africa needed 49 required off 54 balls.

In that over, Saini was smacked for two consecutive boundaries by Bavuma, which filled Rohit with anger. The Indian vice-captain even gestured at the pacer to use his brain while bowling.
