IND vs SA 3rd Test: Fans roast India coach Ravi Shastri for taking a nap in the dressing room

India is cruising towards a 3-0 whitewash of South Africa, having a substantial lead over the Proteas in the third and final Test of the series at Ranchi.

After enforcing the follow-on, the hosts managed to reduce Faf du Plessis & Co. team to 132/8 in their second innings at stumps on the third day of the game.

Virat Kohli’s men were looking very relaxed on the field since the match is almost in their pocket. But apparently, it’s not just the players who are allowed to relax. The head coach of the Indian team, Ravi Shastri, was spotted taking a nap in the dressing room on a day when India took 16 wickets.

Fans were more than happy to take the opportunity of a lifetime and trolled Shastri for being asleep on the game day, despite being paid INR 10 crores annually as the head coach. The effect became much more amazing as 20-year-old Shubman Gill was captured in the same photo looking puzzled with the proceedings.
