India’s opening batsman Rohit Sharma continued his golden run after being made the Test opener by scoring his sixth Test century and third of the ongoing series against South Africa on Saturday.
When Rohit was batting on 95, it started to drizzle at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi. Not wanting the weather to play spoilsport at such a crucial juncture, the 32-year-old clearly expressed his disappointment.
Rohit completed his century on the fourth delivery of the 45th over in grand fashion as he cleared long-off off South Africa spinner Dane Piedt.
Now, a video has gone viral on social media in which Rohit can be spotted saying ‘not now’ looking at the sky as rain threat looms over with him.
Rain Rain go away….
Come again another day..@ImRo45 wants to play…🤷♂️😀
In the ongoing Test series against South Africa…#RohitSharma shouting 'Not now'- as the rain begun to fall- just a ball before his ton!!😀
