AUS vs PAK 1st Test: WATCH – Yasir Shah’s savage gesture for his ‘bunny’ Steve Smith

Pakistan leg-spinner Yasir Shah loves bowling to Australia star batsman Steve Smith.

In Test matches, perhaps only Stuart Broad enjoys bowling to one of the world’s best batsman more.

On the third day of the Gabba Test, Shah clean bowled Smith for just four runs – the seventh time in Test cricket he has dismissed the former Aussie skipper.

That puts him second behind only Broad in the world standings, with the England pacer having removed Smith on eight occasions.

Smith tried to belt Shah through the leg side during the first session of play but in a rarely seen moment, completely missed the length of ball and was knocked over.

“Well deserved from Yasir Shah,” Australia legendary spinner Shane Warne told Fox Cricket.

“We spoke about it before he looked threatening straight away. He’s bowled a better line this morning.

“He’s bowled beautifully. He deserved that wicket. As much as we wanted to be entertained by Steve Smith that is excellent bowling from Yasir Shah.”

To make matters worse for Smith – who lasted for only 10 balls – Shah knew exactly how many times he’d removed Smith.

Yasir Shah celebrated Steve Smith’s dismissal in style:

The Pakistani spinner flashed seven fingers to the Aussie star as he trundled off the ground – rubbing it in to Smith in brutal fashion.

Smith’s wicket and meagre total left viewers in a genuine state of shock, with some labelling him Shah’s “bunny”.
