Cricketing world erupts as Deepak Chahar’s record hat-trick propel India to series win over Bangladesh

India beat Bangladesh in the third and final T20I in Nagpur on Sunday to win the series 2-1. Shreyas Iyer (62) and KL Rahul (52) were the stars with the bat for India, while Deepak Chahar took figures of 6/7. For Bangladesh, Mohammad Naim (81) was the lone crusader.

Deepak claimed a hat-trick in the last over and bundled out the visitors for 144. 6/7 from Deepak are the best bowling figures in the history of T20Is, earlier the record of 6/8 belonged to Sri Lanka’s Ajantha Mendis.
