Mumbai Indians (MI), the most successful IPL franchise, recently welcomed a new member to their squad. Trent Boult was roped in by MI after Delhi Capitals (MI) released the New Zealand speedster in a trade-off before the 2020 IPL auction.
After joining the MI camp, Trent Boult shared a message for the entire squad as well as their premier fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah.
Boult in a video said, “Paltan! Thank You for the thunderous welcome. I look forward to joining the four-time IPL champions, the Mumbai Indians. I can’t wait to get over it and meet the rest of the gang, especially Boom. Let’s rock this. See you soon, Mumbai!

With Burah, Boult and Malinga in their arsenal, the defending champions will pose a threat once again for other teams in the forthcoming season of IPL.
Ahead of the 2020 season auction, MI have also released 12 players from their IPL 2019 squad.
