IPL franchises RR and RCB engage in fun banter over Ben Stokes, Yuzvendra Chahal

The auction for the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is just a few weeks away. All the teams would have begun their thinking process for the same as a lot of big names will go under the hammer this year. The franchises announced their lists of retained and released players on November 12, and many of the released players will also feature in this auction.

Ahead of the mega auction slated to take place in Kolkata on December 19, the IPL franchises Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) engaged in a funny banter over their star players Ben Stokes and Yuzvendra Chahal on social media.

It all began when RCB posted pictures of Stokes and Chahal lying on the ground and asked their fans a question: “Who did it better? 😜#PlayBold”

The Royals weren’t going to miss out on the fun-bus, and they replied: “You’re not really our banana skin team… 😜👀 #HallaBol

Well, RCB is a team that has performed the worst over the years if one considers their high potential. They have been the most inconsistent side throughout the twelve years of the IPL and have not even won a single edition of the tournament despite having a star-studded line-up.
