Latest ICC Test Rankings: Mohammed Shami breaks into top 10, Mayank Agarwal moves to career-best position

On Saturday (November 16), India defeated Bangladesh in the first Test by an innings and 130 runs at Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore. Right-arm pacer Mohammed Shami and opening batsman Mayank Agarwal were the star performers for team India.

In the match, Shami picked up 7 wickets for 58 runs while Mayank smashed his second Test century (243 runs), pushing them to their career-best career-best positions in the ICC Test Rankings.

With 790 rating points, Shami jumped to the No. 7 position breaking into the top 10 for the first time. Agarwal now stands at the 11th spot (691 rating points) behind Rohit Sharma (701 rating points).

Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah held the No. 4 spot while Ravichandran Ashwin was at the 10th place.
