Tshwane Spartans’ AB de Villiers on Sunday showed his class with a wonderful knock against the Jozi Stars in the ongoing Mzansi Super League (MSL).
The former South Africa international, with his knock, made the spectators relive the good, old days. He scored 53 off 33 balls in an innings that included two sixes. The Spartans, in their stipulated 20 overs posted 155/6 on the board.

Chasing 156 to win, the Stars who were at 127/4 in the 15th over, within the next three overs got bowled out for 135 runs. The fans were absolutely disappointed with this effort and lashed out at the Jozi Stars players. They felt that they should have easily won this one. De Villiers’ fans, however, were delighted to watch him do so well.
