Mahlokawa made his debut for Titans in the 2018-19 season and played in the CSA T20 Challenge and One-Day Cup.

His Titans’ head coach Mark Boucher praised Mahlokawa’s abilities and had said, “He uses both his arms’ which is a rarity’ and he is something special. In the past’ the Titans have produced international players but we have not produced enough young players and he is one of the few young players who will be given a chance to prove themselves. We are excited about him and he is something of a secret weapon.”
