Yusuf Pathan, who last played for India in March 2012, pulled off a stunning one-handed catch for Baroda to dismiss Goa skipper Darshan Misal in the Syed Mushtaq Ali clash on Friday.
Yusuf failed to perform with the bat but kept his team in the hunt with a brilliant effort in the field during the Group ‘A’ fixture. Yusuf’s younger brother, Irfan Pathan took to Twitter to share the video of an amazing catch.
“Is it a bird ? No this is @yusuf_pathan Great catch today lala. All ur hard work in pre season is paying off,” Irfan captioned the video.

Baroda, however, lost the match to Goa. Batting first, they finished their innings at 149 for nine in 20 overs. Goa also lost wickets early on but Suyash Prabhudessai’s unbeaten knock of 60 helped Goa secure four points.
