Earlier, when Windies skipper Jason Holder won the toss and elected to bowl, it did look like that the decision may turn out to be an error of judgment. But, the dominating performance of Rahkeem Cornwall justified what Holder had anticipated.
Cornwall dismantled the Afghan batting line-up by taking seven wickets in the first innings followed by three in the second. And with no surprises, he got a reward for his scintillating act.

Rahkeem also ventured into the record books as his 10-wicket-haul in the match is the third-best figures ever by a Windies bowler in India.

Talking about Afghanistan, the hosts have to peddle up as it would be difficult for them to digest the loss. However, Rashid Khan and his team got one positive from the match as left-arm spinner Amir Hamza took a 5-fer in his debut.
For the Windies, their tour of India continues as they take on Men in Blue in a series featuring three T20 Internationals and as many ODIs which begins on December 6.
