Preity Zinta’s photo with Chris Gayle goes viral; the ‘Universe Boss’ reacts as well

Kings XI Punjab co-owner and Bollywood actress Preity Zinta is an avid social media user. She often posts her stunning photos and videos to keep the netizens updated on her whereabouts.

On Friday, she took to Twitter to share a throwback photo with the West Indies star Chris Gayle. The actress was all smiles as she posed with him. She captioned the post as: “Look what I found in my phone. Shining happy people The calm before the Gayle storm @chrisgayle333 #flashbackfriday #ting”.

The 40-year-old veteran opener responded to Zinta’s post with a few smilies.

Talking about Gayle’s work front, he will play for KXIP in the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and most probably open with newly-appointed skipper KL Rahul.

The ‘Universe Boss’ might be at the twilight of his career, but the fire in his belly for succeeding at the highest level hasn’t died down by any stretch of the imagination. After having lackluster performances in the recently concluded Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the hulk-like batsman will try to rediscover himself in the IPL and is expected to play some game-changing knocks for his team at the top of the order.
