The India Legends have announced their squad for the upcoming Road Safety World Series 2020. Former Indian cricketers Irfan Pathan, Ajit Agarkar, Munaf Patel, will join the greats, Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh and Zaheer Khan in the star-studded squad.

Other prominent names include former Indian batting coach Sanjay Banger, revolutionary fieldsman Mohammed Kaif and former India internationals Pragyan Ojha, Sameer Dighe, and Sairaj Bahutule.

Apart from India Legends, cricketing icons from Sri Lanka, South Africa, West Indies, and Australia will take part in the league to promote road safety in India.

Some of the biggest names in world cricket, such as Jonty Rhodes, Brian Lara, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Brett Lee, and Muttiah Muralitharan are slated to feature in the tournament starting from March 7.

India Legends squad:

Sachin Tendulkar (C), Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh, Sameer Dighe (WK), Irfan Pathan, Ajit Agarkar, Zaheer Khan, Sanjay Bangar, Munaf Patel, Mohammad Kaif, Pragyan Ojha, Sairaj Bahutule.

The tournament opener will be played between India Legends and West Indies Legends at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Whereas, the finals will be played on March 22 at CCI Grounds at Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.

Dr. DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai and MCA Stadium in Pune will also host some of the matches of the tournament.
