Suresh Raina opens up about his crush on Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre

Owing to a left knee injury, Suresh Raina has been sidelined from playing any competitive cricket since the end of IPL 2019.

Raina underwent knee surgery, his second, in August as a result, but the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) left-hander is fully fit once again and is aiming to work his way back ahead of IPL 2020 gradually.

Recently, he featured on an episode of ‘Zing Game On’, where he talked about cricket, his love for music, celebrity crush, and much more.

Much to the delight of his fans, Raina hummed a song and displayed his talent of playing the Saxophone.

While talking to the host Karan Wahi, Karan Wahi, Raina also spoke about his 4-year-old daughter and how he considers her as his biggest support.

“My daughter is my biggest support. Her arrival has changed all our lives. The little moments that I share with her are the most precious. Since day one, she has been by my side. She is my travel buddy and also my favourite gym buddy. She accompanies me and wife on our workouts, cycles with us, and even shops for her food,” Raina said.

The southpaw even sang a song on the show that he sings for his daughter, unraveling his doting father personality. As the host started explaining some lesser-known facts about Raina, the cricketer was in for a pleasant surprise when Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre sent him a special message.

Raina went on to reveal his long-standing crush on the actress and how he wished to go on a date with her during his college days.
