Karishma Kotak reveals why hosting the IPL and World Cup has been spectacular for her

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is known for its glitz, glamour and cricket. The quality of cricket in the IPL is of the top class and with almost all the world-class players participating in the tournament, one gets to enjoy some of the best T20 games.


Along with the cricketers, the amazing cheerleaders and beautiful presenters who entertain the viewers at home bring the glamour to the T20 league. Previously, Extraaa innings was a show which was a part of the IPL. This show has seen many models and actresses accompany the cricket stars to preview and review the matches of the tournament.

One such presenter is Karishma Kotak.


Karishma, who was also part of the IPL 2013 season, Karishma presented a televised show called Extraaa Innings T20, a post-match analysis. The show also featured Rochelle Maria Rao, Samir Kochhar, and Gaurav Kapoor as her co-hosts.

She has also hosted various other sports-related events including the Ice Cricket, T20 Mumbai League, the ICC Cricket World Cup and the Road Safety World Series.


The England based model and actress Karishma Kotak is happy to be a part of various cricket leagues. She recently admitted that hosting the World Cup and the IPL had been spectacular and “most fun” for her. It was because, the gorgeous diva got to travel a lot, met new people, saw the different parts of the world, made new friends and broadened her horizons.

Karishma even has a long list of TV shows that she has hosted and movies she has worked in. Her filmography includes movies in Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu and Malayalam. She was one of the best contestants of the TV reality show Bigg Boss, where she participated in the sixth season in 2012.
