The long layoff from sporting activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic has forced famous personalities to engage on Twitter and other social media platforms grossly.
While some post their opinions, some share trivia, and others indulge in taking up challenges such as the ‘Toilet Roll’.
England women team’s swashbuckling opener, Danielle Wyatt, recently took up the challenge after being nominated by Georgia Adams.
The United Kingdom is renowned for its love for soccer, and it is the first love for many English cricketers. Wyatt also tried to flaunt her footballing skills by using a toilet paper roll.
Wyatt then nominated India’s T20I sensation, Shafali Varma, for taking up the ‘Toilet Roll’ Challenge. ‘#toiletrollchallenge Thanks for the nomination @gadams01, I nominate @sonia.odedra @georgiehodge @shafalisverma17 @mxndajay @fwilson07 ps that was hard!!,” captioned Wyatt’s post.
Recently, in countries such as the United States of America and Australia, there was a growing demand for toilet paper rolls, with the outbreak of Coronavirus.
So much so that people ravaged supermarket stocks by picking up cartons of toilet papers in wholesale.
Also, videos surfaced on social media about people quarreling and engaging in fist-fight to claim an extra packet of toilet paper.
However, looking at Wyatt’s control and skills with her foot, it is fair to say that she made good use of that extra ‘toilet paper’.
