Following the recent trend of interaction on Twitter, India’s Women’s T20 captain Harmanpreet Kaur responded to one of her fan’s query, on Thursday.
Using the hashtag ‘AskHarman’, Kaur was enquired about the topic of discussion with Indian skipper Virat Kohli. The fan also used the image of Harman meeting India’s men’s captain, after a match against Australia.
After suffering a defeat at the hands of Australia in the 4th ODI at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Kohli was seen catching up with Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, and Kavita Pati, back last year.

Kaur revealed that she asked for a piece of willow from Kohli’s collection of bats.
‘What were you talking to, Kohli? #AskHarman, asked one fan. ‘Asking for his bat,’ replied Harman, while tagging Kohli in the post.

Harmanpreet led India to the finals of this year’s Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia. The lustrous hitter of the ball, who blew away the Aussies during the 2018 WC in England, was woefully out of form in the tournament, as well as in the buildup to it.
India managed to reach until the last stage of the competition without any valuable contributions of their stalwarts, Kaur and Mandhana. As a result, India still awaits an ICC title win in women’s cricket.
However, the women’s team’s efforts did not go unnoticed, given the fact that India fielded the youngest average age squad in the tournament.
