The entire world is currently suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything has been stopped, and people are forced to spend time at home as most countries have gone for lockdown so that the authorities could minimise the spread of Coronavirus.
Indian cricketers are also staying at their residences and spending time with their family as the country is facing a 21-day lockdown. In the process, many players have engaged in various activities to pass the time as well as get an opportunity to interact with fans.
Recently, cricketers like Rohit Sharma, Shreyas Iyer, and Virat Kohli got involved in the live chat on social media platforms where they talked about many interesting things. Now, Indian Test team’s vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane has also joined the exclusive club.
The right-handed batsman ran a Q/A session on microblogging website Twitter, where he answered many queries and revealed quite a few interesting things related to his life.

In the session, a fan asked Rahane to describe his favourite sport other than cricket.

Rahane responded to the question and disclosed Tennis as his favourite sport other than cricket. He further stated that he loves watching legendary Roger Federer.

Another fan quizzed the 31-year-old about his school memories.

Rahane replied to the interesting question and said coming first in his class and bunking lectures for cricket remains his favourite memory from his school days.

In 2014, Rahane married his childhood friend Radhika Dhopavkar. Both Rahane and his wife were from the same neighbourhood in Mumbai. In October 2019, the couple became parents as Radhika gave birth to a baby girl Aarya.
Talking about cricket, Rahane has so far played 65 Tests for India, in which he has clubbed 4203 runs with an average of 42.90. The Mumbaikar also has 11 hundreds and 22 half-centuries to his name.
