KL Rahul cheekily refers to his lucky charm, Koffee With Karan controversy during chat with Mayank Agarwal

India star batsman KL Rahul cheekily recalled the infamous Koffee With Karan controversy in 2018 during an Instagram Live session with his teammate Mayank Agarwal.

Rahul also spilt the beans on his alleged relationship with Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty. However, this time, he chose his words carefully while talking about the controversial topics related to the TV show.

Agarwal started the proceedings with a quick rapid-fire, to which Rahul had a cheeky reply.

Agarwal said: “So it’s gonna be like a rapid-fire round.”

Rahul replied: “You know rapid-fire always burns me, right? I get burnt in the fire.”

On his alleged relationship with Athiya

According to media reports, KL is in a romantic relationship with Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya for quite some time now. The stories were given life when the actress herself shared a picture on her Instagram with Rahul on the latter’s birthday while quarantining at home.

Agarwal took the live session as an opportunity to make KL throw some light on his relationship status. He slyly asked Rahul about his lucky charm which came to the Mumbai ground to watch him play. Although Rahul didn’t talk much about his relationship status, surely gave Agarwal a ‘googly’.

Agarwal asked: “You were talking about your lucky charm watching the match in Mumbai that day. So what’s with that?”

Rahul replied: “I never said, anything bro… Your wife is my lucky charm.” Both the cricketers laugh out loudly.
