The veteran Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is one of the most active cricketers on social media platforms. He often comes up with his unique humour to impress his fans. Ever since the country went into a 21-day lockdown due to the growing concerns from the coronavirus disease, Ashwin has increased his activity on various social media platforms.
Like other cricketers, Ashwin has also engaged with fans and interacted with them during the self-isolation period. Recently, his current IPL franchise, Delhi Capitals (DC) shared a video on Twitter where the offie can be seen interacting with fans. He answered several questions regarding his favourite football team, current tv series he is watching and how he is spending time during the lockdown.
One of the fans quizzed Ashwin about his favourite football team. In reply, the Indian spinner said that he doesn’t follow English Premier League much. However, he added that when it comes to international football, he liked the Spanish team that won the Euro Cup in 2008 followed by the 2010 Fifa World Cup hosted by South Africa.
Another fan asked the 33-year-old as what he will do once Coronavirus pandemic ends, to which Ashwin said: “The first thing I would do after this COVID pandemic finishes, is to look after the people that are worth for me and also those who have been working for me over the years, and also make sure that they are back on track.”
Since Ashwin has joined Delhi, a fan asked him to name one thing that the spinner loves the most. The Chennai-born responded to the question and said the amazing food of Delhi is one thing he loves the most. Ashwin added that the quality of Punjabi food one gets in Delhi is fabulous.

The Tamil Nadu cricketer was supposed to play for Delhi Capitals in the 13th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL), but due to Coronavirus outbreak, the BCCI postponed the lucrative league till mid-April, and now it may get delayed further as the COVID-19 is increasing day by day.
