Team Indian opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan, who is quite active on social media, has recreated a Bollywood classic at his home. This time, though, Dhawan was not alone as his wife Aesha can also be seen in the video.

With all the sporting events on hold owing to the coronavirus pandemic, majority of sportspersons across the globe are using this time to connect with their fans through social media.

In the short video, posted by Shikhar on his Instagram, the couple can be seen playing their own version of table tennis with the famous song ‘Dhal Gaya Din, Ho Gayi Sham’ from the movie Humjoli playing in the background.

In the video of the original song, actor Jeetendra and actress Leena Chandavarkar played badminton to the tunes of the song. In their rendition of the song, Shikhar and Ayesha played table-tennis. And while sharing the video on his Instagram account, Gabbar wrote, “Ho Gayi Shaam Jaane do Jaana hai @aesha.dhawan5 #JeetendraJi.”

During the lockdown period, Shikhar has dropped several videos on social media, right from him exercising to trying his hands on other sports besides cricket and much more.

Just a few days back, he had posted a funny video of him performing the household chores after being ordered by his wife.
