The relations between India and Pakistan has only gone sour of-late with the diplomatic issues affecting cricketing ties.
The likes of Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag have been vocal against Pakistan ideology through their nationalistic tweets.
This time around, former Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi has delivered an inflammatory speech, taking a jibe at the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and the Indian Army.
Kashmir has been a sensitive issue for many decades now between the two countries in their bid to annex the ‘Paradise on Earth’.
The so-called paradise has only left bloodshed in the region with violence in the Indian-administered and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir.
Afridi, who visited the Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir region recently, left scathing remarks on PM Modi, calling his ideologies a bigger danger than coronavirus.
Also, he threw light on the political strategies adopted by Modi based on religion. He pointed towards the alleged atrocities committed by him on the people of Kashmir in the name of abrogation of Article 370.
Further, Afridi called Modi ‘a coward’ and also criticized him for employing as many as 7 lakh soldiers in Kashmir, which the former cricketer believes is the total number of army personnel in Pakistan.
This is for you @YUVSTRONG12 & @harbhajan_singh from ur dear friend Shahid Afridi. He is abusing India’s PM and army. He ll use the money you gave to pay some terrorists to kill our soldiers protecting us including you. Pls Say him Thanks in ur next videohttps://t.co/m4YwR0PCun

What @SAfridiOfficial is saying is not surprising. Pakistan was created on foundation of Hindu hatred.
When a Pakistani comes to India to make money through films, sports, business or even as a tourist, he puts on a mask of “love & humanity”.

Furthermore, netizens lashed out at Afridi’s close friends from the Indian cricketing fraternity, Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh, for their contributions to his charity organization.
Both Bhajji and Yuvi have been vocal about their contribution towards ‘Shahid Afridi Foundation’ and its benevolent causes. Many claimed about Afridi using the funds received from the Punjab duo to fund terrorist activities.
It was only a couple of days back when Afridi registered his sentiments for the people in Kashmir. “It does not take a religious belief to feel the agony of Kashmiris..just a right heart at the right place. #SaveKashmir,” Afridi had tweeted.
