The dates for the 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) are coming near with each passing day and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper Virat Kohli wants to leave no stone unturned this time. Well, he tries to do this every year, but somehow falls short of winning the coveted title.

This year, IPL will take place from September 19 to November 10 at the United Arab Emirates (UAE). With the cash-rich tournament happening out of India, fans are expecting the Challengers to outshine other teams this time for a change.

Usually, players spend two months – April and May – by participating in the IPL between an already busy cricketing schedule. But unlike the other times, players have got good rest of three months because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Captain Virat has started to gear up for the tournament, and he recently took to Instagram to post a new video of his workout. In the video, Kohli can be seen running on the treadmill and showcasing his hard-earned abs.

The Indian talisman is a huge fitness freak and at times has said that he can never compromise on his fitness. There is a certain kind of fire in Kohli which has driven him to do better at the international level. No doubt he is regarded as one of the best players in modern-day cricket. He has never shied away from speaking his mind. He believes to be fit means a player can play a pivotal role in fielding.

The Delhi-born is an athlete who is doing every bit to make cricket a game of fit players.
