After winning the limited-overs series against West Indies and Sri Lanka, Team India captain Rohit Sharma has gifted himself a blue colour Lamborghini Urus. This is not the first time that Rohit has bought a blue coloured car. He also owns a BMW M5 of the same colour.
As per reports, Rohit’s latest acquisition has cost him a whopping sum of INR 3.15 crore. Rohit, who owns a luxurious house worth INR 30 crore in Mumbai, has an expensive taste in cars. He bought BMW M5 at a price of around INR 1.33 crore just a few years back. The all-new Lamborghini Urus might be his most expensive purchase in the luxury car segment.
Meanwhile, Rohit is currently leading India in the ongoing Test series against Sri Lanka. It is his first Test assignment as captain after replacing Virat Kohli, who resigned from the post following a series defeat against South Africa in the Rainbow Nation.
Lamborghini Urus – World’s fastest SUV
The Urus accelerates from 0-100 kmph in 3.6 seconds and rockets to 200 kmph in 12.8 seconds. The Italian SUV can hit a top speed of 305 kmph.
The car also has a four-wheel steering to compensate for the massive size. This means that cornering will be a lot easier for the Urus with the rear wheels turning albeit slightly in the direction of the turn.
